1. This is a pre-order
Items in this drop are sold on pre-order, under the RETURN BATCH model. You reserve a piece from a limited batch. The item is not in stock for immediate shipping at the time of order. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the points below.
2. Payment is charged at order time
Your payment is charged in full at the moment you place your order, not at shipping. This funds the production of the batch. Payment is processed by Stripe (and PayPal where offered). No false scarcity is used: the only limit is the real capacity of the batch.
3. Production starts when the window closes
Production of the batch starts after the pre-order window closes. We wait for the batch to be confirmed before launching manufacturing: this is why pieces are produced in a limited run rather than held in open stock.
4. The ship date is indicative, not contractual
Any target ship or delivery date shown is an estimate. It is indicative and not contractual. Manufacturing, quality control and carrier lead times may shift it. We notify you by email if the estimate changes, at each stage (order confirmed, batch closed, production started, shipped). See our Shipping page for zones and preparation.
5. Limited quantity per batch
Each batch is produced in a limited quantity. Once a size or item is fully reserved, it is no longer available in that batch. We do not guarantee restocks. This limit reflects real production capacity, with no countdown timer and no artificially inflated stock.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your pre-order as long as the batch has not entered production. Once the batch is in production, your item is being manufactured and the pre-order can no longer be cancelled for a simple change of mind. To request a cancellation, contact us via the Support page with your order reference. The production status recorded on your order determines whether cancellation is still possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
This pre-order cancellation right is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory right of withdrawal. For a distance purchase, the consumer in principle has a period of 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, from receipt of the goods (Consumer Code, transposing the EU Consumer Rights Directive). This 14-day period therefore applies from delivery, not from the pre-order date. The precise terms, the statutory exceptions and the model form are set out on the Returns and refunds page.
Special case: goods made to measure or clearly personalised at the consumer's request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal by law, to the extent they are personalised. Absent personalisation, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as normal.
8. Refunds
Accepted cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. We issue the refund without undue delay and, in any event, within the statutory time limit. The time for the amount to appear on your statement then depends on your bank or payment provider.
9. If a batch cannot be produced
In the rare case where a batch cannot be produced (for example a supplier failure), we cancel the pre-orders concerned and refund them in full to the original payment method.
10. Recording of the terms
A snapshot of these pre-order terms is recorded with your order at the time of purchase, so that each party keeps a record of what was agreed.
