What is a pre-order?
You secure a piece from Return Batch 001 before it is produced. Payment is taken at order time and your capacity is reserved.
When will production start?
Production starts after the pre-order window closes. Nothing is manufactured before the batch is locked.
When will orders ship?
The target shipping date is shown in the status band. It is indicative, not a contractual guarantee. You are updated by email at each step.
Which countries are open?
Five for this batch: France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Anywhere else, request access via Unlock Your Territory or write to us, and we look at your delivery case by case.
Can I cancel?
Yes, while the batch has not entered production. See the Pre-order Terms for the exact policy.
How do sizes fit?
Hoodies are an oversized boxy fit, size down for a regular fit. Each product page carries its own fit note.
How will I receive updates?
By email, tied to your Return ID: order confirmation, batch closed, production, shipping.
Is the quantity limited?
Yes. Each active piece is capped per batch. When a size is out, it is out. No eternal piece.
