FAQ’s

1. What do I need to become an ambassador?

The main thing that we’re looking for is passion for our brand. We want people to join our team who are into the same mindset as us, who want to grow & who are really engaged. .

2. How do I join the ambassador program?

Joining our ambassador program can look hard but it’s easy. Just complete the application form to apply and we’ll get back to you by email with more information. If you are approved, you’ll receive an a link to create your Ambassador account. Here you will be able to track all of your referrals, sales and commission payments.

3. Your form asks if I’m willing to purchase from you to help with promotion, is this mandatory?

In a word, yes. The reason for this is not because we want to make money from you, it’s to prove that you are willing to support the brand and that you are serious about promoting Progress. Before we introduced this, we had people becoming ambassadors for the wrong reasons, simply wanting to call themselves an ‘athlete’ or show off to their friends, make free photo shoots & video projects etc… with us but not actually promoting us in the right way. Most of them after gaining More credits, leave the project or we stop working with them.

A ambassador started pack with -50% Discount is offered for those we approve, we believe that asking you to invest in the brand to become an ambassador is fair, after all how can you really promote us and call yourself an ambassador if you don’t even own any of our products? Besides, if you promote us effectively, you should be able to earn the money you spend back quite quickly anyway 🙂

4. How do I know I will be paid for my referrals?

The system we use tracks every person that clicks on your referral link using cookies and IP addresses. If a visitor purchases from us within 30 days of following your link, you are automatically credited with that sale and paid 10% of the purchase value in commission. Any sales made using a unique discount code are automatically tracked back to you regardless of when the sale takes place or whether the person followed your link.

PLEASE NOTE: Our ambassador program is designed to reward you for sales you personally generate for our brand, not on your own orders or on sales that would have happened anyway, therefore, we do not pay commission on orders placed by you, or on orders credited to you by posting your link/code on voucher sites.

5. How will the commission be paid to me?

Our payment method to you is via PayPal. We generally issue payments quarterly but can do them more frequently if you require us to. All payments are issued in GBP but, of course, will be converted if this is not your local currency.
